The Partner Support and Solutions team is looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to drive data analysis and insights to help improve the worldwide Seller experience with support. In this role you will leverage your SQL skills to construct and implement data pipeline to collect data, clean/organize data to get it ready for analysis and perform structured analysis to glean insights that will identify areas of opportunity. This will directly influence actionable business decisions regarding support products and solutions. You should be self-starter who is proficient in SQL, has an extremely high level of customer focus, has a passion for strategy and analysis, and enjoys working with large and complex datasets.
Key job responsibilities
• Complete ad hoc data retrieval and analysis using relational databases, Excel and other data management systems
• Build and maintain recurring metrics and reports
• Design and implement reporting solutions enabling effective decisions
• Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives
• Effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders through both written and verbal communication

• Experience building dashboards, reports, or tools through technologies such as QuickSight, Tableau
• Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling concepts
Experience with query optimization
