The PIE Data Analyst (DA) role provides you with the opportunity to continue your growth and development in data analytics. You will enhance your relationship building skill by supporting various departments in PXT OC and Field PXT through the development and reporting on key PXT metrics.
As a PIE Data Analyst, you will support PXT OC PIE Managers and Leaders with day-to-day reporting, building mechanisms, and provide analysis to support daily work by PXT OC PIE Coordinators. The DA converts people, process, and technology data into meaningful, actionable insights for the PIE Leaders and advise in process improvement, project management, and data analysis through a variety of PXT data platforms.
The ideal Data Analyst has deep knowledge in data mining, trend analysis, and can communicate findings with recommendations for improvement to various levels of the organization. Daily work is flexible based on business needs and you must be able to adapt to changes quickly with a focus on attention to detail.
Shift: Fully Remote Role; Wednesday – Saturday, 6am to 4pm CET
Key job responsibilities
People Data Mining & Analytics
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access and other data management systems.
- Monitor existent metrics, analyze data and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Use people data to identify trailing indicators, research root causes, validate assumptions, and create related action plans for PIE and Lines of Business (LOB) supported.
- Use people data to identify leading indicators to predict business performance, understand each LOBs culture, and provide visibility into PIE service health.
- Provide Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting on PXT Metrics for supported LOBs
- Analyze trends in attendance, attrition, overtime, or Engage@Amazon, and provide insights/suggestions for AA program improvements for PIE
PXT OC PIE Process & Efficiencies
- Drive change management and lead the implementation (tracking, execution, etc.) for network programs impacting PXT OC PIE
- Partner with PXT OC PIE customers to deliver on people data needs including labor planning, engagement, and PXT program initiatives.
- Partner with PXT BI Teams in collecting feedback for research projects and assisting in the development and implementation of new programs

The Process Innovation and Expansion Team (PIE) collaborates across organizations to provide comprehensive solutions to identified pain points and under-developed centralized services. The core principle of PIE is to innovative through standardization, process improvement, and optimal efficiency by integrating tool enchantments, automation, and analyzing data for network trends. PIE strives to provide a seamless transition to our customers for long term support once services are matured.
- Demonstrated experience pulling and analyzing data to aid in root cause identification and drive process improvement initiatives across the network
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role: conducting analysis and data mining using Excel and SQL.
- Experience in Python
- Experience with UiPath
- Experience with AWS Redshift
