This exciting role is part of the GCS Prospect Capabilities team. The individual will work close with Analytics and Decision Science teams to build and enhance the existing capabilities and data products. The Analyst will be responsible to discover and analyze the prioritized features to be implemented on an ongoing basis for Commercial Prospect Marketing.

Responsible to build and enhance the existing capabilities and data products
- Provide product management expertise Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements
- Work with data scientists, technologists, and marketing business partners to develop products and features within prospect marketing capabilities that easily translate analytical solutions into actionable information
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision making processes.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity and tackle complex, abstract problems with creativity and analytical rigor.
- Communicate findings, product requirements and product guidance effectively to stakeholder across levels.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in developing and working on big data products.
- Expertise in Big Data, Hive, SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
- Skilled in product management and development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s degree is preferred
- Familiarity with command line and programming languages such as Java and Python
- Demonstrated ability to create and present compelling and effective presentations
