This position reports to the Manager SPT, focused on supporting the US SME, Global and Large business segments with special projects. Bringing in the “do it right the first time” mindset, this role will be part of the team serving as the central project lead for all audit and regulatory responses, management of colleague accountability program, outlier strategy & reporting and process documentation. This would require deep collaboration with the extended SPT team, Marketing, Reporting, Operational Excellence, technology and Incentive Governance teams based all over the world with large concentration in India and different parts of the United states. The business analysts will serve as the central project management office keeping all related party on track ensuring balance between business growth and colleague experience. This role is also responsible for periodically producing the defined success metrics and track real-time business impact.

Develop and analyze key performance metrics across Consumer Banking products and portfolio.

Analyze and provide insights on customer penetration, profile, behaviors, and product feature adoption to inform banking roadmap.

Analyze competitive products, pricing, target segments, size, and scale.

Synthesize internal and external data and trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.

Build models and forecasts to size opportunity and pricing implications.

Conduct deep dives to understand trends, generate, and present actionable insights.

Supports go-to market efforts partnering with various cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience manipulating and extracting insights from large and complex datasets.

Excellent communication skills with experience in writing presentations.

1-2 years of relevant experience.

Strong programming skills in HIVE/SQL
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in consumer/retail/ digital banking/ fintech/ consulting is a plus

Experience with Python, Tableau, Splunk is a plus
