Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, hands-on engineering, developing framework & tooling including prototypes, and code review, mentor engineering peers and own and drive transformation with various technology domains.
- Leads the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of work efforts for customer-facing applications, business applications, and/or internal end-user applications. Strong Industry awareness, Technology landscape changes , Solutions scalable and cloud native.
- Strong OpenSource & innersource influencer and enable engineers to guide and adapt.
- Lead and contribute into engineering excellence like automated of all testing areas.
- Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
- Automate deployments in test or production environments.
- Goal to have all applications able automatically scale and non functional requirements of self-healing built within every critical journeys
- Strong interpersonal leadership.

- 2+ years of experience in software development using ETL tools
- 2+ years experience in Ab Initio development
- 2+ years of experience with Spark development in Scala.
- 3+ years of Agile & Scrum methodology experience
- Experience with software engineering tools and workflows CI/CD
- 4 + years of experience in designing Data engineering solutions
- 4 + years of experience in Database integration, using any SQL or NoSQL based DBs
- 2 + years of experience in Big Data Tech stack of technologies – Spark, Hive, Scala
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 + years of experience or exposure to Machine Learning and Artificial Engineering
- Expertise in objected oriented analysis, design and design patterns
- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and application development
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies and NOSQL design and coding with variety of data stores (document, column family, graph, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in Unix shell scripting
- Proficient in writing SQL and PL/SQL including the fundamentals of data modeling and performance.
