Functional Description:
The ICS Authorizations Team is responsible for developing the intelligence around POS decision strategies to allow profitable approvals while declining risky transactions across 21 International markets. This role gives the unique opportunity to understand & enhance on the fundamental pillar of customer lifecycle, i.e., the decision to approve/decline a given charge as well as comprehend interactions with other customer management decisions like communications, case setup, RLA etc. The incumbent will be responsible for driving new insights, make recommendations based on rigorous quantitative analysis and play a key role in transforming authorizations strategies to strike balance between credit risk management & customer experience. The team works very closely with other ICS Customer Management teams, US Authorizations team, Market CCO teams, Decision Science and Technology teams to implement, monitor, and manage the strategies & processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create & Implement global strategies for POS decisioning
- Partner with CCO teams to fine tune strategies specific to market requirements/regulations
- Monitor performance of strategies and deep dive into specific segments of stress & continue to make enhancements
- Enhance and migrate Risk capabilities and platform
- Perform competitive analyses to improve our understanding of key competitor strategies
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics or Related Fields From A Reputed Institute.
- Relevant Experience 0-2 Years of Relevant/Related Work Experience with Consistent Track Record of Strong Performance.
- Technical Knowledge – Proficiency with Programming in SAS/SQL, HIVE, R/ Python.
- Ability To Drive Results with Strong Thought Leadership.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills.
- Demonstrated Ability to Work Effectively Manage and Integrate with Cross-Functional Business Partners Worldwide.
- Winning Attitude and Ability to Have Fun
- Knowledge of Platforms like Hadoop, Big Data – Cornerstone
