Primary Role
The Business Analyst assists with the development, documentation, testing, training, and implementation of the company’s strategic and new operational projects. The Analyst maintains the relationship between the functional business teams and the technical teams for the formation, planning and execution. The position will be responsible for ensuring new initiatives and strategies are implemented timely, efficiently, and effectivelyKey Accountabilities
Strategy and Growth Support
- Lead and coordinate with other teams to create business documents (requirements, flows, risk mitigation, etc) that produce better business outcomes
- Draft use and test cases for user acceptance testing
- Review and analysis of all functional and technical design documents
- Analysis of Requirements, Process, Impacts and plan for mitigations
Operational Excellence
- Provide Process improvement recommendations to management through analysis and meeting with functional areas
