Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

This role is responsible for Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and key technical resources
Analyzing business and client s requirements and evaluating all the options to identify potential solutions
Ability to document the business requirements with the technical needs
Coordinating with multiple support groups to get the issues/defects resolved in a quick turnaround time.
Test management, communication and test reporting, test planning, defect and data management.
Developing comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels
Conducts UAT, end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC. Should be able to estimate the work given with fair degree of accuracy

Responsibilities

Coordination with Customer SMEs; IT Managers; Offshore and the onsite team for Business requirement gathering/Use cases and document.
Document high level business/ process flows
Coordinate with the Testing team and ensure the application is defect free; before the code move to production.
Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation
Provide Input and guidance to the business on determining the best solutions for their requirements
Gather requirements across business partners and develop test plans and end to end execution

Required Qualifications

Should have 8-12 years of experience in software development environment with emphasis on Business processes, QA/testing, and Business Analysis
Experience in creating Process Maps, mock-ups, UML Behavior Diagrams
Fair knowledge on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with related software tools like JIRA
Experience working in financial services and relative knowledge
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for communicating with development team with multi-tasking abilities.
Must have the ability to work under minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Should have 8-12 years of experience in software development environment with emphasis on Business processes, QA/testing, and Business Analysis
