    Job Location: Noida

    As a part of Federated architecture governance team, will work closely across service teams and functional architects to build models of system-of-systems, applying Ameriprise process framework and AFI specific modeling standards. This role combines elements of product-wide technical architecture and architecture governance, to create models that help promote the value of having a wholistic architecture.
    The job includes being the main administrator of our modeling tools, as well as helping drive how the Federated architecture practice operates.

    Responsibilities

    Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements (both functional and non-functional) for technology solutions that address problem statement. Assist in identifying potential solutions and provide input to issues or risks. Identify project interdependencies and communicate requirements/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution for inclusion in requirements.

    Determines how to organize the EA tools as its being setup, administer the EA tools and its repositories, including:
    – Identify and help design the standards on how the tool will be used.
    – Identify reusable objects and how to version control them.
    – Identify how to version control models

    Work with Senior architects to:
    – Develop and roll out education to teams and drive alignment to standardized architecture practices and guidelines.
    – Provide thought leadership in creation on new standards and co-ordinate communication of new/updated standards to community of architects.
    – Own architecture review process to ensure standards are met
    – Facilitate refresh and review of domain road-maps.

    Maintenance of Jira Boards, Confluence pages and SharePoint sites related to architectural space.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor s degree in computer science or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
    8 -10 years of relevant experience required.
    5+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements gathering, translation, and documentation.
    Strong analytic skills including ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements.
    Knowledge of and ability to effectively use the appropriate modeling methodologies and tool-sets, requirements management methodologies and tool-sets, requirements visualization methods and tool-sets, and artifact versioning tools.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Certifications preferred: NA
    Experience with process modeling.
    Experience with writing use cases and test cases.
    Experience working with the following tools: MS Office, Clarity, MS Visio, LucidCharts, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
    Experience working within a defined development life cycle methodology (e.g. CMMI, Ameriprise Quality Management System (AQMS)) environment.
    Experience with Enterprise Architecture methodology such as TOGAF.
