Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Soliciting, anticipating, and gathering business requirements while also uncovering areas for improvement.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Working with developers to implement impactful business solutions.
- Documenting and evaluating business processes for technical analysis.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Documenting and communicating requirement gathering session outcomes.
- Effectively communicating IT insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports summaries and updates.
- Partnering with the Project Management Office for any project-related efforts to ensure requirements are within project scope and are used for a thorough testing cycle
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Owning and facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Serving as a liaison between IT and stakeholders and as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests.
- Collaborating with our internal Learning and Development team to coordinate end user training as it relates to release functionality.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Established Banking Systems process knowledge and technical skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring software security pipeline tools.
- Experience in Continuous Deployment and configuration management.
- Exposure to System Administration.
Industry and Work Experience:
- 5 years of IT and/or Business Systems experience required.
- 3 years of experience with SDLC methodologies preferred.
Academic:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field required.
- SF Admin or Consultant certification preferred.
