Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Soliciting, anticipating, and gathering business requirements while also uncovering areas for improvement.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Working with developers to implement impactful business solutions.
  • Documenting and evaluating business processes for technical analysis.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Documenting and communicating requirement gathering session outcomes.
  • Effectively communicating IT insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports summaries and updates.
  • Partnering with the Project Management Office for any project-related efforts to ensure requirements are within project scope and are used for a thorough testing cycle
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Owning and facilitating user acceptance testing.
  • Serving as a liaison between IT and stakeholders and as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests.
  • Collaborating with our internal Learning and Development team to coordinate end user training as it relates to release functionality.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Established Banking Systems process knowledge and technical skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring software security pipeline tools.
  • Experience in Continuous Deployment and configuration management.
  • Exposure to System Administration.


Industry and Work Experience:

  • 5 years of IT and/or Business Systems experience required.
  • 3 years of experience with SDLC methodologies preferred.


Academic:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field required.
  • SF Admin or Consultant certification preferred.
