Summary:
- Under general direction of the Vice President of Business Coaching, responsible for the analysis and compilation of key business indicators and analysis that will provide key decision makers with information to support company initiatives and strategy.
- Tracks and coordinates data to ensure accurate information and assists in the benchmarking of new modules.
- Analyzes internal business reports, trend analysis and projections and creates action plans based on the relevant data.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis based on customer requests and other business needs.
- Manage daily requests to create and update reports and then follow-up by researching identified problems to ensure prompt response to issues.
- Provide support to understand and determine high-level business requirements and then implement appropriate metrics using dashboards and other reporting methods.
- Support efforts to improve data integrity and quality.
- Identify and develop processes that improve efficiency and derive value for the organization.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and help recommend improvements.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
Experience and Education:
- The position requires broad training in fields such as computer science, statistics, business administration, analytics, mathematics, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelorโs degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau is required.
- Ability to work independently, have strong communication skills, and work cross-functionally to make ongoing improvements to the operation.
- Capable of tracking requests and projects to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time.
- Experienced in data analysis with the ability to recognize and translate commonalities, trends, and anomalies within large, diverse data sets into business insights.

What your background should look like
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, analytics, sales, marketing, computer science, statistics, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience; normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
- Strong familiarity with SQL is required.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
