The Global Servicing Learning Network (GSLN) provides a full range of dynamic, evolving learning and performance solutions that enrich our colleague’s skills and knowledge, powering customer engagement and driving business results at the right margin. We are a global team focused on enabling outstanding customer care through the on-boarding of our newest Customer Care Professionals/Specialists and supporting on-the-job enrichment.

The GSLN Analytics & Insights Analyst will help turn data into decisions that improve learning performance and business outcomes. The candidate will have the ability to collect, organize and interpret data to generate actionable business insights.

Key accountabilities & areas of focus:

  • Gather and interpret data from a variety of different onboarding & learner performance metrics.
  • Organize data into usable formats and visualizations to generate insights.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provides status updates and reporting.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders.
  • Development of reports and presentations – including gathering data, extrapolating critical elements and presenting findings in an actionable format.


Qualifications:

  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills
  • Highly developed analytical and organization skills with the ability to decompose high level information into detailed data
  • Superb time management and ability to prioritize
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an analytics, strategy, planning or research role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel a plus (Macros, Advanced Pivot tables, Visual Basic coding)
  • Experience with data and BI, visualization tools
  • Displays self-motivation, leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow
  • Working knowledge of data mining concepts
  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
