Function Description:
The Oversight and Analytics team provides support to GSG by managing risk and controls & ensuring compliance with global legal and regulatory requirements.
Purpose of the Role:
Reporting, Analytics & Capabilities Center of Excellence builds capabilities as well as subject matter expertise on all reporting requirements for GSG – Regulatory Business Assurance Program. The hired analyst will be responsible for leading matrix group that involves multiple sub-teams for supporting strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Testing and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met across all functions and markets
- Acting as an SME on data front for all audit and regulatory requirements in Governance organization
- Managing design and development of tableau server reporting framework using scheduled feed from Centralized data repository
- Supporting the team in creating Regulatory/Governance reports
- Analyze testing/monitoring results across World Service Processes to draw inferences, identify gaps, establish trends, and create meaningful reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to articulate business problems and with the help of seniors can implement solutions
- Provide Analytical & Decision Support across the Global regulatory and policy assurance organization through advanced Statistical techniques and Data mining (from sourcing to staging data and building analytics to implementation)
- Participate on global teams evaluating processes and making suggestions for process and system improvements through knowledge and information sharing sessions with peers across the organization.

Experience:
- 4-9 Years of Experience.
- Strong technical knowledge on SAS, SQL, Python, Excel, Dashboarding, Basic Tableau, Bigdata, VBA, Magellan is preferred
Academic Background:
- Masters/Graduate degree from a reputed college.
- Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Change Management skills.
- Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Multitasking, and Thought-leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Platforms:
- Big data knowledge, Hive platform, Tableau server knowledge required
