Job Responsibilities:
This position is part of the TLS LFO Finance team and responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of TLS Int’l Sales & Revenues results analysis including providing coherent inferences, strategic insights, and a clear view on performance to senior finance and business leaders
- Supporting monthly R&O processes, the annual Plan and Long-Range Plan, considering market/regional/global trends
- Supporting ad-hoc and ongoing analytical projects, influencing TLS strategy and driving prioritization efforts
- Evaluating current processes and recommending improvements/efficiencies
- Providing first-class business analytics to influence business decisions that will drive efficiencies/revenue growth
- Working cross-functionally to source benchmarks and data for key assumptions; quickly learn relevant information and incorporate into analyses
- Building and leveraging relationships with markets to enable efficient and collaborative decision making
- Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results and resolving issues with minimal supervision
- Exceptional relationship building capability, combined with strong communication and presentation skills; innovative, organized, and thorough
- Strong analytical mindsight with hands-on experience of SQL/ Cornerstone to extract and manipulate data, or with other programming or scripting languages
- Knowledge of Oracle Essbase, TM1, Oracle GL , Advanced Excel, Tableau along with knowledge of Travel Economics
- Self-motivated, a strong work-ethic and open-minded in taking on new challenges
- Flexibility to work across time zones with groups in APAC, EMEA and Americas
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced qualification preferred
