Function Description:
The MIS & Analytics Team is responsible for enabling the Global Services Group to be optimally efficient and effective by delivering best-in-class MIS and analytics. The MIS and Analytics scope spans a dynamic and fast paced global environment.
Purpose of the Role:
The individual will be responsible for measuring and analyzing Global Servicing Learning Network (GSLN) processes, with the objective of making learning more effective and sustainable. This position will be part of a highly talented & diverse global team.
Advanced Excel skills and basic statistics, with demonstrated experience in creating reports & dashboards using Pivot Tables and charts, plus leveraging Statistical & nested functions
Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with and manipulating large data sets, ability to relate, compare, and identify connections in data from different sources, identify data issues, and secure relevant information
Ability to synthesize and organize complex information to provide business insights
Experience with SQL or other query language
Experience with dashboard visualization using BI software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView etc.)
Strong time management skills and a proven ability to consistently deliver on both pre-set and changing timelines
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player; highly organized and detail-oriented; positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Experience with Python and/or Pandas is preferred
