Function Description:
The Governance team is part of GSG and is responsible for monitoring business and regulatory risks for servicing operations. The nature of this work needs best in class data management & reporting and strategizing targeted testing and automation strategies.
Purpose of the Role:
This will involve building a strong positive relationship with all the GSG BU level leadership and understanding the current business plans and the key business drivers that impact the functional business performance. Through this role, the incumbent will assist the Operational Excellence team with diverse projects and the optimization of testing through the development of algorithms and machine learning/NLP solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop complete algorithms with Python
Design, develop and implement ML based models for risk monitoring and testing
Effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
Bachelor’s Degree on Engineering or Computer Science
Preferred Experience Requirement: 6+ months of experience.
Strong knowledge of Big Data Technologies (Hive, Spark, Java, Scala, Python etc)
Experience with BigData Tooling – Map Reduce, Hive, Hbase, Oozie and Hadoop
Deep understanding of modern NLP strategies
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing Machine Learning based models
Ability to implement scalable, high performing and highly available solutions
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels with a set of key business partners who have varying levels of technical and business expertise
