Responsibilities:
- Process various tasks in the end to end Campaign execution related activities.
- Ownership of completion of all Marketing Campaign Onboarding and Data Validation process steps
- Execute all change requests applicable to the campaign across all components
- Follow-up and communicate across EMPS partners and Marketing.
- Query Management – Trouble shoot and follow up on stakeholder queries from the markets and respond in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage all stakeholders, streamline and standardize the process, drive process transformation
- Perform quality review of all the components. Track, report, analyse, discuss and follow-up on marketing requests, status, issues, trends etc.
- Adherence to compliance and regulatory requirement is a must
Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant/quantitative field with 4+ years of experience
Post -Graduation certification – e.g. PGD, Masters. Preferably in Marketing
Key Skills:
An enthusiastic person with “go-getter” attitude which can drive results on simultaneous, multiple tasks with differing levels of progress
• Excellent communication & presentation skills- Ability to clearly communicate complex messages, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to interpret and understand business needs
- Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving- Knowledge of advanced excel, VBA, Tableau, SAS highly desirable
- Comfortable working with large sets of data.
- Ability to execute and promote quality strategies
- Absorb new technical information, business acumen, and apply it effectively.
- Able to coordinate efforts and resources within and across team to deliver on the goal
- Knowledge of Marketing Campaigns/ Email marketing / Digital Marketing- Preferred

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of work experience.
