Assists in the development of logical data base designs, data models and relational data base definitions across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server).Joins in the analysis of info flow.
Job Description
The Market Enablement Team (MET) focuses on providing timely, accurate and relevant analytics tools and data-driven insights to support growth initiatives across all ICS Markets and JVs and what factors can explain such changes. The Analyst will be responsible for data analytics and developing and maintaining the use case data. The Analyst will also develop meaningful business insights based on the data analysis and broadening business understanding. This position works closely with stake holders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the use case existing data and reports (primarily using Hive, SAS, Shell, Python) by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources. Build scripts that will make the data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets.

Provide business decision support for marketing analytics, and marketing performance by developing reporting and visualization to support the International consumer marketing strategy.

Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance-investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

Manage, plan and report and data volumes and usage. Audit Member Engagement processes and systems to ensure they run efficiently.

Work closely with business partners to resolve data issues and align on KPI’s.

Graduates having minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably experience visualization and analytics

4+ years of Software Development experience.

Working knowledge of BigData Hive is must.

Experience in data analysis using one or more tools such as Hive, Shell, Python

Experience writing code to pull and analyze data.

Skilled in MS Office with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work directly with business users and translate their needs into results.

Ability to clearly speak clearly about complex ideas and interface with leaders of all levels.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Excellent project planning, organization and follow-up skills.

Strong analytic, quantitative and problem solving skills.

Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
