Global Supply Management (GSM) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with the right suppliers to meet business needs and enable the enterprise to pay for the goods and services procured from its suppliers and partners (co-brand, corporate card clients, membership rewards, service establishment rebates and travel & lifestyle). Besides providing third party risk management, it is also responsible for managing the Travel and Entertainment (T&E) program for the enterprise.
Role Description:
The role requires a self-motivated individual who will thrive on the challenge of ambiguity, cross collaboration and creation of strategic communication materials help drive projects and create visibility/ awareness.

Project management of simple to complex projects including the introduction of new and innovative ideas

Driving the learning framework and agenda for the department.

Work closely with the relevant teams and experts to develop key messaging and updates to senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Drive strategic progress with minimal direction and supervision

Manage ad-hoc projects and prepare senior leader updates/ presentations
Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze data and produce meaningful conclusions for senior leaders.

Excellent communication skills and ability to convey a clear & compelling message
-
Expert with Office Suite with strong presentation skills (Project, Excel and PowerPoint)

Passion for customer experience and understanding of external customer trends.

Excellent communicator with fluency in public speaking
-
Prior experience in helping build presentations and video graphics would be preferred
Academic Background:
-
Post-Graduate / MBA with overall work experience of 3-4 years with significant time spent in the areas of project management
-
Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Procure to pay experience would be an advantage.
Leadership Skills:

Excellent relationship and influence management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and levels of seniority.

Self-confident with a strong sense of integrity and the ability and willingness to challenge and be challenged.
