Working with Marketing leadership, this strategic team is accountable for portfolio management and developing and supporting the execution of both transformation and analytics strategies. This team advances a new direction in Marketing, evolving as the “source of truth” and providing insights for data driven decisions designed to enhance our product portfolios and marketing activities.

You will partner with global Marketing leaders, brand management teams, global affiliates and other functional leaders to answer strategic questions that will inform our marketing portfolio strategy and relate findings to corresponding impacts across Amway’s portfolio of products. Your strategic and analytical skillsets will be leveraged as you support global and market-level portfolio transformation and functional analysis of global product platforms and performance. Additionally, you will lead data integrity activities that ensure valid and clean data, partnering with internal and external data resources for accuracy. This role will also have you involved in the creation of reporting and dashboards, educating brand managers on data availability and findings, and presenting your insights to global partners to support informed decision making. Your ability to provide insights that support strong and effective portfolios for our ABO’s, allowing them to be more successful, is the ultimate goal. This is a critical, high-impact role that will offer visibility and opportunity for someone who would love to tell the story of the data behind the decisions!

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field / Master’s Degree desirable
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a role offering insights for decisions
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with data preparation and visualization programs (Alteryx, Tableau, Power Point, OBIEE, etc.)
  • Demonstrated history of being a “Super User” of complex data sets, with the ability to extract meaningful insights that tell a story to all levels of leadership
  • Experience leading data integrity actions

  • Generating, interpreting, disseminating and presenting analytical information in a manner that drives action and engagement for multiple audiences
  • Experience with models and algorithms that showcase business impact based on insights
  • Strategic mindset and desire to build business acumen to support strategy and planning in a global setting
  • A “big picture” mentality that allows you to occasionally seek answers outside of your normal day-to-day
  • Talent to work on projects with ambiguity, building a vision and seeking outcomes for impact
  • Collaborative approach to work, both with immediate team and cross-functional partners
