System Analyst, Document Services-ANZx

Our analysts – design, deliver, and operate software platforms and services in partnership with our value streams to deliver value to our customers.
You will be working in the Document Services domain on key technology platforms underpinning document generation, storage and capture. This role supports the ANZ PLUS value streams, who empower our customers to join and interact with ANZ effortlessly, with high levels of trust, and puts them in control of their money.
What will your day look like
You will play an important role in your squad ensuring that it is clear on requirements and priorities and is aligned to customer value.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building expertise around the requirements for components of Document Generation.
Helping to prepare feature roadmaps for your squad aligned to broader objectives and value
Collaboration with architects, engineers, platform teams, and technology areas to help complete solution designs
Collaboration with product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes
Design and configure customer communication templates in document generation tool
Working with internal technology, security, and risk partners to ensure our solutions are secure and well-managed
Verifying and validating what’s in production (especially after changes)
Learn from your chapter peers and share what you know.
Understand and document current and future states
Facilitate workshops with stakeholder groups
Coordinate UAT, BVT with business users
What will you bring?
10 plus years’ experience in a experience in a technical role, e.g., System Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Designer
Experience in translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, technical concepts, and practices
Validating requirements and priorities with squad’s product owner to ensure delivery of value
Experience working hands-on within cross-functional, continuous delivery software engineering teams
Familiarity with data modelling, sequence diagrams, event driven architectures and complex integration requirements
An enthusiastic can-do attitude, and willingness to help the squad to deliver
A working understanding of agile delivery techniques (user story mapping, acceptance criteria, and agile rituals)
Technical Skills
Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Plant UML
Experience with Cloud Technologies and concepts such as Cloud Platforms mainly AWS, GCP
Experience in analysing on premise systems & the migration to Cloud platform by working with stakeholders from Business, Technology teams
Experience in designing, building, and configuring templates using document generation
Able to interpret interface documents, API and able to perform data mapping.
Strong knowledge of designing and building templates using document generation tools such as xPression, SmartComm or Thunderhead.
Strong knowledge of APIs, Soap web service, XML, JSON and Micro services.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools is a plus.
