About ANZ
This role is required to work physically from a designated ANZ office. As per the Government of Karnataka notification number RD 158 TNR 2020 (3) dated 5th January 2022, receiving both doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory condition for employees to work from a designated workplace. The successful candidate will be required to evidence their vaccination status, in order to be appointed to the role.

Role Type: Markets Risk Analyst, Permanent
This is a critical role in Markets Risk Analytics that reports to the Product Integration Scenario Management Stream Lead and works closely with the Markets Risk team.
This role is part of a team (Product Integration Scenario Management) which is accountable for the well-managed, resilient day-to-day operations of the traded and non-traded scenario and data management stream. In particular, the team is responsible for the quality assurance of market data impacting the risk calculations (e.g. VaR, Sensitivities, Stress Scenarios, Economic & Regulatory Capital etc.) and regular/ad-hoc updates of corresponding scenarios. This requires a deep technical understanding of market risk, financial products and data management
About You
To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:
Prior Markets Risk experience (1+ years).
Excellent analytical skills, including an advanced understanding of risk analytics.
Good understanding of Technology, MIS components and data management.
Strong interest in Financial Markets and Market Risk.
Capabilities enabling collaboration, team building and delivery.
