Role & Key Responsibilities
- Data processing
- Assist Analytics manager in various Data operations activities.
- Support the analysis, interpretation, reporting and presentation of data.
- Document current systems, solutions, and processes that are designed to meet current business requirements and extend the functionality of existing applications.
- Process & solutions development
- Design new tools and processes to enable better data modeling, analysis, and experimentation
- Develop technical solutions to meet the key business objectives, leveraging advanced BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau
- Build models, simulation, scalable and automated analytical systems
- Lead and collaborate with experts from across the company to advance data science best practices
- Learn how to build and sustain engagement from all levels of an organization
- Design, develop, validate, and implement data extraction, data transformation and load processes (ETL) following established architectural and governance standards
- 5 + Years of working experience.
- IT degree
- Excellent knowledge of data management and data architecture
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-starter able to use own initiative
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage several tasks and shifting priorities concurrently to meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude; energetic and proactive
- Ability to communicate and align across different business functions and levels
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality
- Knowledge of the financial sector
- Enhanced Data Experience
- Good experience in SQL, Microsoft excel, ETL, Alteryx, data modelling and data visualization.
- Hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server and experience in development of workflows using Alteryx.
- Good understanding of testing phase, software change management, and software release management
- Proficiency in dimensional Modelling techniques and their applications
- Experience in functional design of BI and analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of reporting platforms
- Power BI
