Roles and Responsibilities
Business Process and System Process Analysis
- Understand the business policies / processes and map the same as system requirement
- Evolution of a good, user friendly system for end user usage
- Evolve system requirements for Industry Standards
- Evolve system requirements with adequate internal controls
- Evolve system requirements with adequate audit trails
- User Training
- Overall training plan
- Process documentation
- Train the end users
- Evolve quarterly plans by unit and train teams and trainer on various modules
- Audit
- To support Quality and NABH audit
- To support for Internal, External and Risk Audits
- Software Testing
- Functional Testing of the system with relevant documentation
- Functional Testing of Fixes and Patch releases
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- Performance Testing • Assessment: o Software usage as per process and system functionality o Forms usage as per policy • Installation & Operationalization o Equip user champions on upcoming / Available features in advance o Handholding user champions & Local IT leads o Ensure of no gaps / Clear Gaps in understanding on purpose of features • Key result Areas: o Process improvement through systems o New System Requirements o Training Efficiency and Documentation o Zero gaps from requirements to feature delivered • Technical Skills: Essential: Programming: ASP .Net 4.0, C#, BI: SSRS, SSIS, SSAS Database: Mysql/ Sql server/Oracle, Other Tools & Programming skills: Ajax, VB, CSS, Crystal reports, HTML, Javascript Desired: Mobile application development skills for Android and iOS Familiarity with Infrastructure setup of enterprise solutions • Others : o More profound functional knowledge on solutions, Tools, Features and Functions o Communicate effectively with business and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to prioritize, drive, and implement various solutions. o Perform UAT prior to release with counterparts in other business units to ensure effective end to end testing is done for all workflows. o Ability to collect, analyze, and document process related artifacts o Good Knowledge of MS-office tools o Liaison with development teams on managing requirements o Track progress of implementation, monitor and report roadblocks o Demonstrate application capabilities to end users, train and support them o Enable end-users to adapt to product best practices o Ability to create the adoption plans, Track the progress and recommend possible options to improve the adoption o Actively support and accelerate key initiatives towards the digital transformation of the organization o Analyses and appraises adherences to organizational policies, procedures and standards to ensure effectiveness of departments.
- Implements progressive policies to ensure high employee morale o Ensures that prompt, courteous, efficient and personalized service is provided to all customers, in order to maximize satisfaction. o Ensures relevant statutory requirements and norms are met so as to achieve efficiency of business operations. o Updates himself/herself with the latest trends and developments in the industry. o Ensures effective implementation of code of conduct and standards of the hospital.Desired Candidate Profile
