Responsibilities :
1) Order Forwarding :
- Order from sales person to production.
- Internal production follow up
- Coordination on commercial and dispatch terms.
2) Proforma Invoice Sending (PI) :
- Follow up for payment terms.
3) Order followup :
- Need to keep track of process status.
4) Dispatch :
- Dispatch Mails to billing executives , sales person.
5) Stores Related :
- a) Stock transfer in SAP.
6) Order Booking :
- Order booking in SAP as per indent .
7) Handling SAP :
- Adding new parties
- Monitoring of open orders and finding reasons for delay and rectify it.
8) Loadcells Related :
- Order forwarding to load cell department.
9) Accounts Related Work :
- Cheque deposit confirmation
- Monitoring pending COD list
- Payment confirmation
10) Repair related:
- Reporting to repairing team for repair related issues.
Qualification :
Graduate B.E, B.Tech (EE/EC) with some sales co-ordination / tele-calling experience
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
