Key Qualifications
- Excellent computer vision and image processing skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience in 3D computer vision
- Proven track record of developing and implementing high-quality computer vision algorithms in the AR & VR space
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent software implementation, problem solving and debugging skills with performance-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in C++, Python is a plus
- Experience in 3D rendering is a plus
- Experience in development on real-time system is a plus
- Good understanding of challenges related to virtual reality
Description
The Algorithms organization in Apple’s Technology Development Group (TDG) is looking for a skilled computer vision algorithm engineer, with a strong background in classical computer vision. In this role, you will perform research and development work to design algorithms for ambitious real-world problems in Virtual and Augmented Reality.
Education & Experience
MS or PhD in computer vision, machine learning, computer science, computer engineering, electric engineering or equivalent industry experience
