As part of our US Business Operations team, you will be responsible for reimagining the customer experience of our channel partner community and executing on that vision. Apple’s reseller community is an integral part of delivering the best products, services, and experience to our customers, and you will be part of the team that makes it all possible.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with a channel sales organization, preferably with operational responsibilities including channel incentive programs and reseller agreements.
  • Resourceful, creative and detail-oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and also execute flawlessly under tight timelines.
  • Prior experience in driving process improvement projects, from definition through implementation.
  • Record of effectively partnering with cross-functional teams such as legal, contracts, and finance.
  • Ability to work individually with little supervision as well as with a team of diverse views and interests.
  • Passion for Apple technology and knowledge of Apple products and solutions
  • Some project management and/or business process reengineering experience a plus.

Description

We work closely with the US sales teams as functional leaders in key channel sales programs and processes. We support a rapidly growing business; as you execute on today’s activities, you will also reimagine what’s possible and find innovative new ways to build scale and ensure our capabilities elevate at the same rate as the businesses we support. In this role, you will: Manage the partner experience including reseller authorizations, partner onboarding, and partner communications Partner with the State and Local Government sales team on establishing an effective reseller structure Measure and process monthly and quarterly channel incentive payments Capture as-is processes and propose and implement efficient, automated processes Establish criteria for reseller capabilities to ensure our channel is well-positioned to provide customers with the products and services that meet our customers’ needs Liaise with legal, contracts, and finance on reseller agreements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years successfully supporting channel sales organizations
