Summary
Key Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Consumer and Retail sales; Experience in sales operations, partner management, and enablement preferred
- Proven experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices; Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities
- Proven experience in implementation, including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems
- Hands-on experience with the configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
- Excellent organization skills, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, and the ability to turn strategy into tangible results.
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
- Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools; Ability to design and implement dashboards in Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM required
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
- Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $128,000 and $196,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
