Job Location: Delhi / NCR

This is a strategic individual contributor role, reporting into VP-Research, entails end to end management of market research projects starting from pre-sales support for winning project and all the way to submitting impactful project reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle of Primary Market research project – primarily Online quantitative , though can be offline qualitative and multi-channel as well.
  • Build thorough understand of the Clients research needs and design appropriate research solutions
  • Interface with the clients for coordinating the project and reporting
  • Create solid Research project plan with micro detailing of tasks and activities.
  • Design Questionnaire and / or Moderation guidelines , Sampling plan and Analysis plan
  • Coordinate with Scripting / Fielding / Sampling / Analytics team for successful execution of project tasks
  • Analyze data identifying key themes in line with objectives and assist in the writing of reports
  • Making impactful research reports / presentations and guide the creative time for their design
  • Analyze statistical data, identifying key trends, to provide clients with results from their projects in line with research objectives Interpretation of data to provide clear direction to clients.
  • Work closely with Business development team and provide pre-sales solutions support
  • Create standardized research frameworks for identified industries and solutions with an aim to productize the solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline with Strong research, analytic and logical thinking skills. 3+ years of experience in the Market research industry in the role of a researcher
  • Thorough understanding of Quantitative Research methodologies is required. Additional knowledge in Qualitative research methodologies will be an added advantage
  • Experience in designing and management of leading use cases of Market research, including but not limited to Brand Lift studies, Advertisement effectiveness studies, Product Conjoints etc., is necessary.
  • Ability to design analysis plan matching research objective and derive actionable insights from data
  • Self-drive and motivation to meet the project targets.
  • Should have excellent communication & Comprehension skill.
  • Experience in working with Analytical tools like SPSS, Tableau , MS-Excel
  • Expertise in creating impactful presentations with an ability of storytelling
