Vitamin T is excited to partner with a global, open-market distributor of electrical components and finished goods. Our client is looking a for a key eCommerce Analyst who, as a member of their online marketplace organization, will develop, analyze, and report on certain brand systems. Working alongside the product owner, this individual will be responsible for defining and implementing data tracking events across our client’s online platform, to extrapolate, analyze, and present data findings to improve merchandise offerings, website user experience, and increase revenue. This candidate should have experience working with an eCommerce platform or an online marketplace. This opportunity is for a highly driven individual who is organized, motivated, and has a high attention to detail.

What you can do for us:
Website Analytics (30%)

- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for website performance data and present performance trends and insights to drive website KPIs, including information from Google Analytics, SEMrush, and RMS internal systems.
- Report and provide analytical insight on the website’s SEO performance and provide stakeholders guidance for new material to generate SEO growth.
Testing, Merchandising, and Support (25%)

- Become a power user of the website A/B Testing, MVT, and merchandising strategies. Analyze customer purchasing trends and product performance to support business decisions to test and promote products.
Paid Digital Advertising (25%)

- Manage the website’s lead generation advertising programs with the team’s guidance. Platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and other international platforms.
- Work with supporting vendors and peers to drive new campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify current and future trends in digital marketing and provide recommendations based on emerging technologies.
Business Intelligence Insights (20%)

- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data content and business reporting needs.
- Organize and transform data into comprehensive reports and data visualization dashboards.
- Understand business requirements and provide analytical insights on infrastructure projects, including process and product improvements on marketing activities, CRM, ERP, Data Visualization Tools, and Website Platforms.
- Assist in forecasting for product lifecycle, revenue, and growth across multiple customer profiles.
- Report on weekly/monthly KPIs.
- Support sales floor and reporting as required.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in data and trending analysis
- Experience in Google Analytics suites and protocols including Google Tag Manager, Google 360, and GA4 model.
- Experience in integrating dashboards from multiple data sources.
- Knowledge of performance data attributions is strongly preferred.
- A high-energy, detail-oriented, and organized individual
- Strong analytic and communication skills
- Proficient with E-Commerce platforms/ processes
- Knowledgeable in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL languages is a plus
- Experience in MVT testing is a plus
- Knowledge of trading processes is a plus
- Knowledge of the electronic component market is a plus
