Role description:
We are looking for candidates who want to apply technical know-how, combined with business principles, to the Environment industry. We want dedicated, creative, and energetic candidates interested in tackling challenges and developing sustainable solutions to internal efficiency issues as well as project needs to collect, manage and draw insights from data. Collaborating with our experienced consulting professionals, you will support and contribute to project outcomes; interact, and work with global teams, and develop your technical capabilities.
The candidate in this role will design and develop integrated business solutions that interact between multiple enterprise and cloud platforms within and cloud (SAAS). These systems include but are not limited to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Online, Office 365, Fulcrum, OpenGround, BIM360, SQL Server, and other analytics systems.
Role accountabilities:
- Assess, develop, and support a variety of projects with tasks including data collection, data storage and data analytics and outputs.
- Work with users to develop requirements and design low-code solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain complex data models and produce data visualizations.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and ability to apply logic to solve problems.
- Assist in technical writing which may include preparation of technical reports, business development support, presentations, and other audiovisual materials.
- Work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to accommodate collaboration with team members internationally.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple deadlines, ensuring completion per project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related, or experience working in the field of IT Consulting or data analytics

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and work ethic.

- Drive to succeed and grow a career in the utility industry
- Knowledge of Environmental Sciences and Geology preferable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience configuring Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Microsoft Certified or ability to obtain one or multiple of the following:
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
- Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Previous relevant consulting or environmental experience, either internship or full-time
- Experience applying programming languages and analytics to problem-solving is a plus
- Experience with Database Design, SQL Queries, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus.
- Experience in PowerShell and R is a plus.
