Job Description
* Developing and deploying analytics pipeline that can support various projects related to autonomy such as sensor calibration, machine learning and other areas
* Organising and transforming information into comprehensible structures
* Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
* Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data
* Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
* B.E./Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent
* Strong scripting and development proficiency in two or more languages especially Python and Modern C++
* Good knowledge in ROS & Gazebo
* Strong Knowledge on python Libraries such as Numpy, scipy, scikit-learn
* Hands on Software Design
* Industry experience implementing perception algorithms for detection, tracking, segmentation, pose estimation.
* Proficiency in large, complex datasets and the ability to provide facts and insights
* Experience creating analytics for autonomous vehicles.
* Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Python, SQL
* Experience with a variety of sensors including LIDAR, stereo/mono cameras, radar, and IMUs
* Strong C++ coding, strong engineering practices, debugging/profiling skills
* Strong foundation in mathematics and fundamentals (3D geometry, linear algebra)
* Ability to convert research papers into production implementation
* Experience with statistical models to predict and/or measure autonomous vehicle performance
* Experience developing data visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools
* Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have experience working in an agile environment characterized by rapid change.
Top Candidates will have
* MS or a higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent
* Knowledge of robotics and frameworks such as ROS
* Experience with real-time sensor fusion (e.g., IMU, lidar, camera, odometry, radar)
* Experience with machine learning and classification, exposure to deep learning frameworks
* Experience working with GPUs, particularly on embedded hardware
* Industry experience building optimized perception pipelines using ROS, C/C++, OpenCV and/or CUDA
