Key Responsibilities

 Develop dashboard solutions using BOXI, Tableau, custom based dashboard solutions

 Engage with stakeholders and partners to execute the vision for meeting the organization’s needs for

enterprise business intelligence.

 Coordinate development work with Onsite BI development team.

 Collaborate with partners in Data Architecture and Data Warehousing to drive the ongoing development

and delivery of Enterprise BI strategy.

 Continuously improve business intelligence / reporting processes, procedures and workflow

 Drive best practices for BI into business co-dev teams.

 Participate and assist in User Acceptance testing, train super users and power users on usage of the

tools.

 Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports and BI solutions, work with business solutions

delivery team to ensure the solution is adopted and fully leveraged for decision making.

 Develop a strong understanding of business processes for functions such as Sales, Finance,

Commercial banking, private banking, Trade finance and HR in order to be able to better support their

Business Intelligence needs.

 Collaborate and work with cross functional IT teams.

 Review statistics, validate or challenge the way things have always been done and identify areas for

process and/or support tool improvements and efficiencies. Prepares activity and KPI reports regarding

the activities of the Enterprise BI Services team

 Participate in continuous department performance improvement activities

 Participate in design reviews, code reviews, audit reviews, change management reviews, and other

reviews required to monitor and assess execution versus defined procedures and processes

 Ensures daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly system operational activities complete successfully and

within agreed upon service level agreements.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering and implementing technology-based business intelligence solutions using SAP

BOXI, Tableau, custom based dashboard solutions

• 5+ years working on data warehouse initiatives.
• Experience contributing to project implementations that utilized a formal project management

methodology, quality assurance program, and SDLC/Agile control environment

• Experience with agile delivery methods

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, related technical field

Strong ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Demonstrated experience delivering actionable insights for a consumer business

Basic Experience with Cloud technologies

Experience in banking domain is a plus
