Roles and Responsibilities
- Tracking and reporting of profitability of existing models as per the latest cost structure received from MIS Department
- Highlight variance in cost and seek corrective action from S&M department for suitable price correction
- Share updated cost inputs to NPM for preparing quotes for new programs
- To ensure all cost components are included in price at the time of price settlement with customer
- To track price correction of all new models during development phase and impact on profitability
- To validate all cost reduction/VA/VE proposals being submitted to customers and its impact on profitability
- To simulate competitor cost structure as per inputs received from S&M and MIS Department and project competitor profitability
