Job Location: Hyderābād
- 2-5 years, global exposure, with an SAP background preferred
- Analytical skills and at least 1-2 years experience with Galvanize ACL Robotics (formerly ACL Analytics) used in conjunction with SAP Direct Link. Experience with standard ACL audit routines and common data analysis/mining techniques (e.g., trend analysis, data regression, data modelling).
- At least 1-2 years knowledge of and proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview or Tableau), Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and financial software applications.
- 20% travel to US for training (2-3 weeks)
- Review General Computing Controls to ensure that Finance & Operations and IT processes and systems comply with leading practices &/or applicable regulations and standards.
- Verify the existence of appropriate controls (e.g., security, integration, automated functionality) for new and existing information systems – application and infrastructure.
- Lead and support development, maintenance and sustainability of the IAD data analytics program.
- Establish and maintain a repository of reusable audit data analytics programs.
- Enhance the audit data analytics procedures and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with IAD team members to develop and test data analytic scenarios.
- Create automated routines to produce analytics and dashboards.
- Document code logic, procedures performed, testing results, issues and recommendations.
- Two – five plus years of experience in public accounting or internal auditing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Information Systems or Technology; MBA a plus.
- Ability to influence and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly and concisely present complex concepts in both oral and written format.
- Experience executing integrated projects between operational/financial and IT audits.
- Experience with information systems, compliance, financial or operational auditing a plus.
- Knowledge of the NIST and COBIT frameworks.
- Knowledge of cyber and physical security techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, result-driven team environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%; this includes global travel.
- CA or CIA (CISA preferred) or in process of obtaining certification.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and verbal.
- Sarbanes-Oxley Act controls evaluation and testing experience is preferred.
- SAP and Microsoft Office required. Experience with commercial data analytic and visualization tools, such as ACL and Tableau preferred.
