Major Accountabilities
Price record management in Salesforce.com
- price record entry and maintenance
- adhere to guidelines and best practices
- mass price upload process when applicable
- price lists, pricing reports, pricing metrics
Rebate management
- manage rebates per the rebate process
- adhere to guidelines and policies
- monitor quarterly results and adjust as needed
- calculate and coordinate rebate payouts
Customer quality and regulatory requests and questionnaires
- inputs and manages customer requests in Salesforce.com
- follows all guidelines for entering customer requests
- coordinates for direct customers and distributors
Customer data management
- Gatekeeper for SAP changes to customer data via Winshuttle
- Data processing owner for customer specific data
- Monitors and updates Sales Ultimate Parent field
Distributor management
- Maintain price lists for distributors
- Manage price supports, where applicable
Manage agent commissions
- Run quarterly reports to calculate commissions payouts
- Maintenance of agent accounts
Sample management
- Coordinate sample requests from direct customers
- Coordinate sample requests from distributors (where self-service is not available)
QIM customer complaints
- Enter and support all product customer complaints
- Enforce template completion and follow complaint to resolution
Day-to-day business execution support
- Support account managers and regional directors in day-to-day execution of activities
