Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Analyzes complex business processes, problems and issues to produce data, data sets, and data relationships from internal and external sources that accurately reflects the behavior of thos processes and provides insight to decision-makers utilizing both visual reporting and data group representations.
- During analysis of processes and source data, identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Creates specifications, requirements, and executes design and build of reports and repositories based on business needs, processes, and required or available data elements.
- May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business processes and data flow. Directly produces datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting and development toolsets.

- Ability to interpret business requirements based on knowledge of business processes.
- Ability to use different development tools technologies in an integrated manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively across their immediate team, and extended teams.
- Analyze complex business processes and issues to be automated, enforced and resolved systemically.
- Evaluate existing programs to formulate logic for new systems and functionality.
- Provide technical consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
- Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
- Perform code reviews.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS
- Demonstrated functional knowledge to capability to translate business requirements into data/code modifications.
- Demonstrated competency in reporting and data development and analysis toolsets to affect and evaluate required changes.
- Ability to communicate complex information verbally and in written form, local and remote to both functional and technical resources.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to build, maintain and enhance inter-departmental relationships.
Independently handles complex aspects of position, such as:
- Understanding impacts of strategic decision to tactical and operational items
- Identifying required code/data/processes impacted by changes to regulatory requirements
- Impacts of upgrades to software/hardware versions and platforms to current base
- Interacts with vendor consultant to affect change
- Demonstrated competency in Corporate Data Governance, Enterprise Applications functionality, BI Environment development tools, BI End-User toolsets, data repository development toolsets, and data query and analysis tools.
- Ability to use professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways. Deliver assignments without considerable direction and within the constructs of Corporate Goals.
- Ability to develop resolutions to complex problems where analyses of situations or data require an in-depth evaluation of various factors and the frequent use of creativity. Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Provide mentoring and feedback to team members in general and specific areas to technology, capability, and effectiveness
- Provide effective feedback, evaluation, and change to existing internal procedures, standard, toolsets.
