Job Description

GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARY

Human Resources Operations Manager: Manage the Global HR Operations team and their process. Directs the planning, development, implementation, and administration of most or all of the following human resource functions: compensation, benefits, equal employment opportunity, organizational development, affirmative action, HRIS training, Policy implementation, reporting and metrics. Advises and Partners with Senior Directof or HR in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Responsible for defining and executing required strategic HR solutions. Translate current and future business needs into an overall integrated strategic HR plan.

PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates Annual Open Enrollment Activities
  • Works with HR Team on Projects and Programs
  • Maintains high-level reporting and metrics for HR Organization
  • Provides immediate supervision to HR Operatoins Team.
  • Provides guidance to employees according to established policies.
  • Maintains process and direction for Operations Team


Qualifications

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Supervises work of global HR Generalists
  • Ability to communicate complex information to HR team, employees and management.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.
  • Exercises judgement within defined policies.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with benefit creation and implementation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 + professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
