As a Data Analyst with Amazon Seller Services India, you will have the exciting opportunity to enable front-line sales teams with right information and insights to grow sellers on A.in. The role will require engaging with internal stakeholders (Sales team, Sales Excellence and BI team) as well as external stakeholders (Partners & Sellers).
The ideal candidate should have some exposure to sales, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and exceptional analytical skills. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Excel Automation and SQL working knowledge is a must. The incumbent will be the go to person for report automation and data analytics
- Understand products and services offered by Amazon Services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
- Train and hand-hold partners to become valuable partners for Amazon
- Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage to seller performance
