- Industry**:* Cosmetics Our client is a global manufacturer and marketer of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair products. They are currently in need of a Finance Analyst.

- Large accounting and finance team of 100+
- Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office
- What a typical day looks like*:
- Work with multiple systems and reporting tool such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI to review and analyze data
- Create forecasting models for projects to include costs, timelines, levels of completion milestones
- Perform variance analysis on all budget vs actual results
- Work with Project Managers on expediting or de-expediting certain material needs
- Validate actual data for Project Managers and teams
- Skills & Qualifications:*
- 5+ Years in Financial Analysis experience
- Large ERP experience
- Variance Analysis
- Proficiency in Excel
