Position/Title: Sales Business Analyst

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (IT) or equivalent credentials.
  • Knowledge execution of end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment.

Experience & Exposure Requirements:

  • 10 years of overall experience including exposure to business executing, stakeholder management, initiating leads, proposing solutions for the business requirements, and documenting the same
  • Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage communication & relationship with customers, prospects and partners and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and explain products, solutions, or services to a variety of audiences
  • Develop sales SOPs (Business and technical presentations, Point of views, solution approaches etc.,)
  • Work closely with cross functional teams towards meeting customer requirements
  • Apply the right analysis frameworks and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex business problems
  • Bring thought leadership to conversations with customers, prospects, and partners to methodically define business problems, capture requirements, scope the solution and support the closure of the deal

Must Haves:

  • Good communication
  • Experience in handling US/EU clients
  • Should be from sales domain and must have participated in end-to-end lifecycle of sales and customer service
  • Have hands-on knowledge on CRM – Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.
