Job Location: Pune
- Employee profile making
- Extract the report from HRIS and check eligiblity
- Validate approval manager mapping HR manager mapping and update
Monthly closing - Data extraction from Valued website and make monthly reports (Activity report and Payroll report)
- Support the Invoice process;- Validate the invoices with the report extracted from Valued website, Update Invoice log, Input the detail and Approve the payment in Accounts Payable system)
- Interim monthly report generation as needed.
- Ad-hoc query Issue management
- Responding to ad-hoc queries for approval request, report extract, duplicate account for assignees etc
- Make and upload mass upload as requested
- Manage the issues and Communicate with the vendor for the issues raised
Employee query
- Queries on employee account, Valued points, manager hierarchy, award status, merchandise queryand delivery of merchandise
Reporting Data Analytics
- Reporting of HR information internally within the business and group reporting using Excel, Power BI or other appropriate systems/programs
- Creation and testing of HR reports internally within the business
- Work with HR peers and stakeholders to evaluate current reporting requirements and identify improvements (within data or processes) that can be achieved
- Supporting data cleansing activities for various VTBA HR processes and projects
- Supporting Compensation cyclical processes
- Support local HR teams in closing data gaps by producing reports and tools to assist them

What we expect of you
- Highly detail orientated with excellent numerical skills
- Strong Excel skills and previous HRIS knowledge (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of Power BI (creating datasets and dashboards)
- Collaborative team player; flexible to support multiple activities and stakeholders
- An interest in building ability to translate organisation needs into practical reporting solutions
- Well organised, displaying clear, rational and analytical approach to problem solving and planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Calm under pressure, maintaining high levels of accuracy, escalating issues where necessary
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and with different cultures
Education and Experience
- Educated to Degree level with a minimum 2 years experience in a similar reporting/systems role
- Experience in providing reports and dashboards for various stakeholders on key KPIs and metrics using Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in HR Reporting Data processes
- Experience of using macros and process automation / robotisation desirable
