Business Analyst -ITIL
- Experience with requirements gathering
- Experience of data analysis
- Experience in writing technical and reporting documentation
- Minimum of 2 years work in related IT field
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting on performance towards SLAs
- Demonstrated knowledge of Capacity Management, Event Management, and Availability Management
- Preferred: ITIL certification
