Key job responsibilities
Training Specialist / MIS Key Job responsibilities:
1. Automate Weekly/Monthly reports.
2. Establishes key reporting/MIS for functional area & write strong, well-structured and detail-oriented reports in a clear, concise and audience-specific format.
3. Demonstrates the ability to dive deep into a problem, performs ‘root cause analysis,’ and identifies constraints to recommend a solution.
4. Interacts with multiple stakeholders to communicate on operations and represents data/metrics information and project reviews.
5. Consolidate information into cohesive and insightful analytical reports for use in decision-making.
6. Generate high quality and insightful recommendations, thereby drive value and program / process efficiency.
7. Detail knowledge of the LMS for various tools like KNet etc.
8. Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform ‘root cause analysis,’ and identify constraints to recommend a solution with a desire to problem solve.
9. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and communicate clear deliverables to stakeholders, business partners and leadership.
10. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to automate reports. Deep dive and root cause anomalies and provide insight.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
