Job Location: Poona
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand client business problems, data, associated business rules, and processes
2. Understand, profile, cleanse, analyze and maneuver client data to generate relevant analysis and reporting
3. Operate business processes for clients on a periodic basis, and perform data quality checks & help the client with root cause analysis of data integrity issues
4. Leverage industry standards and our proprietary tools to create periodic error-free deliverables based on client requests and needs
5. Automate recurring analytic processes and continually improve their effectiveness and quality
6. Create effective communication materials to aid clients in project delivery while
coordinating with the project manager
7. Use creativity & out-of-the-box thinking to design new analyses and reports
8. Maintain rigorous documentation and change control processes
Qualifications & additional skills:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from top-tier colleges
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Knowledge and working experience in Excel
4. A basic understanding of ETL tools
5. Knowledge of SQL and Python is a must
6. Willing to learn new age ETL tools such as Alteryx, Talend, etc.
7. Ability to quickly understand business models and operational processes
8. Outstanding integrity and professionalism
9. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
