Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

Responsibilities

  • Works with marketing leads to drive the optimization strategy for customer journeys

  • Leads conversations and develops project proposals to optimize marketing performance; can lead execution when applicable

  • Partner with stakeholders to define business problems, design an end-to-end data-driven solution, and lead a team of analysts and engineers to build production-ready projects

  • Provides in depth analysis of marketing channels to have a holistic understanding of effectiveness of the omnichannel experience

  • Drives strategy, implementation, and analysis of testing (A/B, multivariate) to drive performance lifts

  • Involved in the customer journey strategy to ensure that marketing programs are built with digital best practices and continues to provide updates as journeys evolve and change

  • Evangelizes findings, inspiring markers to adopt data-proven strategies, and helping teams execute them effectively

  • Keeps up with industry trends for marketing, optimization, and analytics; helps the team mature in the offerings provided

  • Understands new platforms and technologies that Autodesk is onboarding to help improve the operations of the company. Ability to speak to marketing platforms utilized by the company

  • Comfortable working with a global team

  • Fully manages their work and stakeholder relationship

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in roles combining analytics, marketing and strategy, preference to eCommerce experience

  • Intermediate level of SQL and basic programming experience in Python or R

  • Experience working with omnichannel customer journeys

  • Strong understanding across the entire digital marketing ecosystem and related KPIs

  • Experience optimizing marketing programs across the full buyer s journey

  • Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into a story for business & marketing stakeholders

  • Expertise with media analytics, web analytics (experience with Adobe analytics is a plus) and A/B testing tools

  • Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.)

  • Ability to succeed in a large, highly-collaborative, cross-functional organization

  • Prior knowledge of the current MarTech stack is a bonus ( Adobe Target, Marketo, ContentSquare)

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Stats, or a related field
