Job Location: Costa Mesa, CA
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Financial Analyst to support the organizations Finance Budgeting and Forecasting team by compiling various Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements, budgeting and forecasting expenses/revenue and analyses for management, executive and board audiences.
Job Duties:

Prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly forecasts and annual budget for assigned business units and financial statements.

Responsible for reviewing, identifying, and working with other departments to help resolve any budgeting and forecasting issues as they arise.

Perform Ad Hoc Analysis as needed and be able to explain data effectively.

Responsible for the update and creation of monthly reports and completing assigned projects.

This position is on-site.
Employee Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business/economics or accounting.

Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting, or accounting.

Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a motivated self-starter and detail oriented.

Candidate also needs to have a strong understanding of accounting concepts and processes.

Experience with a large ERP system is required and Oracle experience is a plus.

Database experience and/or Tableau is a plus.

Advanced Excel skills are required.

Teamwork, leadership, interpersonal, multitask management and presentation skills.

Candidate must also be willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
