About the job:
Business A nalys ts gather the information to define the business needs of clients and design solutions to connect with Avanade’s technology capabilities and consultants . This typically involves working closely with client stakeholders to understand existing business processes and using that knowledge to work with Avanade’s technical teams to create a new and improved experience for the client.
As a Business Analyst, you will be a vital contributor to client projects. You will learn business analysis techniques from senior analysts, ensure adherence to Avanade standards , and learn how to best work with clients t o successfully drive projects . You will be at the intersection of client business needs and Avanade technical solutions and will h elp sha pe the end user experience for a wide range of products across industries.
Day-to-day you will:
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Work with client stakeholders and manage scope
- Assist development and test team members in understanding and creating solutions
- Review, understand , and apply Avanade delivery standards
- Perform scribe activities
- Work with other analysts to deliver quality projects

- Excellent written , verbal , and p resentation skills
- Ability to develop client relationships and drive interactive work shops
- Demonstrated ability to work as an independent individual contributor
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Passionate about technology projects and learning new skills
- Bachelor’s degre e in a business or technology-related discipline
