Job Description
MIS CUM SKILL DEVELOPMENT
- Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users’ data.
- Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
- Conducting research, attending workshops, and networking with other professionals in the industry.
- Should be a Science / BTech / B.E Graduate/ B.Com.
- Should be Good at Maths.
- Should be excellent at Excel Google Sheets.
- Past Experience with MIS is preferred.
- Must know advanced excel and all the important formulas.
- Provide support to the existing MIS system.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a strong relationship with key groups.
- Analyze problems and discover the best ways to solve them with the help of your team members.
- Should possess excellent written and verbal Communication and also should possess basic knowledge of MS office.
- Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory.
- Handling of MIS Reports of All Branch, HR-related issues, Funds Management, Audit related issues, and Accounting
- Experience in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (quick with formulae, Pivot tables, Charts, and data analysis)
Should possess good analytical and organizational skills
Reliable, Confident, and Self-Motivated
Prior experience working with a Real Estate developer (preferred) - Responsible to do industry engagement
- Partnerships with employers, third party aggregators, and Sector skills councils for generating the pool of vacancies for various locations and sectors
- Connect with industry to arrange internships & placements for the students
- Partnerships with training partners and Institutions for generating a supply pool of candidates looking for job opportunities
- Deliver short-term and long-term goals of the organization.
- Identify skill development needs for the labor of the Industry in order to match the increasing competency standards and qualifications.
- Implement a marketing strategy for industry engagement and placements.
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy. - Coordination with sector skill council
- Training partner with assessing bodies,
- Conducting assessments, coordinating with assessors bringing LOI, INDUSTRY CONNECT
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate with 1+ years of experience working in skill development/vocational education sector.
Having good industry connections
Excellent Analytical Skills and Probing Skills, – Excellent English Communication Skills
