Job Location: Bengaluru
Job Summary:
Business partnering role supporting to the Global Marketing function providing insights and analysis on Global Marketing initiatives, cost and returns. This will include the reporting, analysis and interpretation of financial and operational data.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Providing support the Marketing function focused on driving sales, improving profitability and decision making through the reporting and interpretation of financial and operational data.
- Providing support to the Marketing function primarily focused on managing regular marketing activities and initiatives including detailed analysis, reporting and proactively reviewing results of the marketing programmes
- Working with the Business Intelligence team for information requests and exploring relevant tools available to share information and reporting.
- Managing, manipulating and interpreting large datasets (in excel).
- Responds to information requests from internal customers and others as assigned.
- Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and narrative results analysis for management.
- Develops and distributes periodical reporting.
- Reviews and analyses reports in order to verify results.
- Works with management to develop, monitor and report-out on key performance indicators for the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Level Specifications:
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong excel skills and experience with managing large datasets and large volumes of data.
- Develops solutions for a variety of situations and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance; determines best course of action to achieve results.
- Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy.
- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline. Competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.
Work Experience:
- Typically 3+ years with bachelor’s or equivalent plus ICWA (CMA),/CA/MBA

Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained preferably with Finance Qualifications such as ICWA (CMA), /CA/MBA
